1. Introduction

2. Products & Pricing

All prices listed on focuso.co.uk are in GBP (£) and inclusive of applicable UK VAT. We make every effort to display product colors and specifications accurately. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors or modify product availability at any time prior to order confirmation.

3. Orders & Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. All transactions are securely processed via Stripe (supporting Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay). An order confirmation email will be sent immediately after successful payment.

4. Delivery

Orders within the United Kingdom are dispatched via Royal Mail or reputable couriers within 24 to 48 business hours. Standard delivery typically takes 2–3 business days. While we make every effort to deliver within estimated timeframes, we cannot be held liable for postal delays outside our direct control.

5. Returns & Consumer Rights

6. Limitation of Liability

Focuso will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable UK law.
